We are delighted to announce that for the first time, other businesses will now be able to put forward their degree apprentices to take part in our innovative Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA), with the next cohort intake due September 2024. This exciting announcement comes in the wake of a successful pilot where Nestlé put a closed cohort of Degree Apprentices on The WildHearts CMDA, but they are now keen for other Degree Apprentices to take advantage of the exciting programme.
At the recent WildHearts Talent for Good Summit, which took place at Linklaters Headquarters earlier this month, WildHearts Founder & CEO Mick Jackson held a fireside chat with Paul Steadman, HR Director for Nestlé UK & Ireland. In that discussion, they reflected on the recent successes of two pilot Nestlé cohorts who are taking part in The WildHearts CMDA programme. After being met with overwhelming demand, it has been agreed that the programme intake is being opened to other organisations.
I’m delighted, that after two successful pilot years with Nestlé, WildHearts are opening their CMDA programme intake to mixed cohorts, enabling apprentices from other organisations to take advantage of this exciting opportunity. We look forward to the diversity of thought and experience that opening the programme up to a more diverse group will bring to Nestlé’s Apprentices.

There are many things that make our CMDA unique, such as our agile, real-time approach to learning. Content is delivered in a blended approach, giving participants high flexibility. Also, our CMDA takes a dynamic approach to assessment, that is relevant to businesses today. For example, through panel discussions, business reports, vlogs & industry magazine articles. By offering participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in real-world scenarios during assessment, we ensure that learners are equipped to take on the responsibilities that they will have as future leaders.
Our programme has been crafted in collaboration with industry experts to ensure it aligns with the latest trends and demands. Featuring guest lectures from leading global brands such as Nestlé, Siemens, Veolia, Linklaters and Zurich, apprentices are given unique access to networks and insights to help them thrive.
